Thanks for the quick fix for the bug found in one of the Python scripts.
I downloaded the new tarball and have run into numerous problems.
1. All files installed using "make install" are set as owner root. Is
that right? Config

Configure picks up the mailman ID and I'm not overrriding it or anything
