, mailman started working again and sending out
all the queued messages.
now everything seems to be working as intended.
i also dont know what caused this situation.
there is no error anywhere logged.

I ran into something strange. Everything was working well, but
check_parms gave me a lot of errors,
so I fixed them all, but now I dont get any more emails at mailman.
