[Mailman-Users] subscribe pending

Dear friends, I install Mailman-2.0.13 on my RH7.3. My MTA is Sendmail. The problem is after a smooth configuration and compilation, I create a list, but can't subscribe to the list. Data from ~mailman/log/subscribe show me that my email is pending. Anyone have any clue what is going wrong? rgds,
