Your accessing the site via a redirect. The redirect is tossing away your Post data.

Looks like you are right. You have some redirect setup in the Apache config file. Grep
through that file for "mailman" and you'll find the culprit...

No... No... No...
Setup SquirrelMail on one of your servers and you are there. Heck set it up
on your Mailman server and use it just for this.
If you need help in setting it up, I'm a wiz at setting
this up remotely and my prices are great.
