27;ve got https instead of http in there. If it's not correct, make
changes in the mm_cfg.py file (I think this would apply to Mailman pre
2.1, the files are correct for my installation of 2.07)

rocmail recipe and be done with it.
At this point, I'm wondering if this is even possible, mostly because
issue two seems insurmountable, but partially because of issue one.
So, i'd love to get and ideas anyone has on how to approach this -- is
there something I'm not seeing here?
y from when I did this same thing, you'll need to
reconfigure because the gid that your mta runs under will be different,
unless of course you've got sendmail and mailman runing as the same gid,
so doing a "./configure --with-mail-gid=whatever
--with-cgi-gid=whateverelse (and whateve
rk.
any help/guidance/place to look to learn more about this would be
appreciated.
thanks much,

with her as the only subscriber and she does
receive messages from that list.
What this suggests to me is that the problem is somewhere on her end,
but before I confidently say that, I want to be sure that I'm not
overlooking something, and have ruled out any possibility of problems at
my end.
m hoping that someone on list might be able to point in the right
direction toward getting this worked out.
thanks

an obvious question
but having re-read the documentation, I don't think I understand
why Mailman would discard a message. Is there something I can do in how
I configure the list so that it doesn't do this?

Stripping attachments would be the ideal, but it's not realistic for
what my lists are being used for. So, aside from stripping
attachements, what else is out there that will help me cut down on the
number of virus being spread far and wide by users on my lists?

Hey folks,
I'm wondering if you could reccomend a good anti-virus filter/scanner
thing that I can use to scan the mail going through my lists, ideally
one that would alert me and/or the list admin before sending out mail
that was potentially infected.
thanks,

You may also want to check your Defaults.py and mm_cfg.my files. I had
an odd problem with extra // in my links that was caused by an extra /
in my mm_cfg.py file.
