[Mailman-Users] Restrict listserv to domain senders?

I was wondering if there is a way to restrict a particular mailing list to a group of senders like say the users on the list? I am sure there is a way I just can't seem to find the setting in the web admin. Vincent Yonemitsu Burlington Public Library Information Technology Department Ph:
