[Mailman-Users] How do you subscribe/unsubscribe via email?

Hello All,    I am setting up a couple of mail lists for my job.  For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to give my clients email addresses they can use to subscribe/unsubscribe?  I tried the  –[EMAIL PROTECTED] command but I can’t figure it out. If you can give me
