Is there a way to edit the text contained in _non-member_ rejection
notices?

How do you remove a list? I know you can run rmlist from the
command line but is there a way to do it via the web interface?
If I go to http://mydomain/mailman/rmlist/listname I am scolded that I am
being a sneaky list owner!
