Do you turn off archiving in mailman?
Do you just run a cron job to update the archive?

I have set up around 4 mailing lists. In alot of cases, person X is signed
up for all 4 lists. (FYI: all subscribers were added during list creation
so random passwords were chosen).
Now, i was curious if there was anyway (besides forcing the subscriber)
to have the same password for all

I have kinda a weird question.. and I apologize if it seems silly.
I am using Mailman with Exim. I currently have Exim set up to use domain
X (ie: machine.test.com). Now, I will be switching to a new domain Y
(something.org). If I setup mailing lists while Exim is configured for
domain X
