I am trying to get mailman working with RedHat 9. I installed the RPM from
using yum and it installed version mailman 3:2.1.1-4.i386. I see where it
is installed at /var/mailman. When I try to start it up, I get this error:

Mailman is not sending out messages. Every other part of it seems to
be working fine. I can add/remove subscribers from all of the list using
the web interface, sendmail is running. I've tried stopping and restarting
the qrunners, rebooting the server, killing errant locks, everyth
I've had nothing but problems with it. Majordomo sucked, but at least it
stayed up and running. Mailman's processes are all there, but no messages
get delivered to the lists (yes, I've already gone thru the FAQ and
validated that everything is correctly configured, the cronjobs are
running, etc.),

I looked at the FAQ at http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py and found
