How do I make my list so that no one can ever post to the list except for me?
I set everyones mod bit, but when new users subscribe or someone makes changes to
their subscription their mod bit is removed. I have to go through and check mod before
I send a mail each time.
If anyone can answer my questions I would greatly appreciate it, or at least tell me
if I am posting to the wrong list.
I have mailman installed on my CPanel software with my hosting company. So I don't
have access to the programming features. Only the interface. But I am having problems
