Environment: Mailman 2.1.12 on Amazon Linux 2012 with Python 2.6.9 and
Virtualmin 4.0.5 GPL
All our lists are under Emergency moderation.
When a moderator goes to process held-messages and select "Preserve
messages for the site administrator", then we see the following error:
Bug in Mailman v
Argh.. definitely missed that. this is a backup from earlier server when we
migrated here... Let me see if cleaning this folder out will help the
situation. Thank you.

This is a new server that was recently setup with few mailing lists.
Running into few issues that were never seen in our old server. All the
mailing lists are created brand-new on this server.
On a daily basis

I thought I restarted mailman after the patch. You are right on target.
Restarting mailman fixed this problem.
