Hi I have a mailman server running 2.1.2. There is a list on the server setup which we are attempting to post Thai language messages. I keep seeing the following sorts of entries in the error log file: Jul 01 17:38:00 2003 (31941) Uncaught runner exception: unknown encoding: windows-874 Jul 01
