Hello,
I am sure this has already been addressed but I couldn't seem to get it
sorted out form the archives.
What I need is a footer or my choosing to be on every email that goes out.
I typed in what I wanted in the digest and non digest admin area,
But when I send out emails, the footer is not t
I typically send out one newsletter 3 times avg a week.
Peak Hour for email outs are around 12 AM central time or 2 AM central time
or I can work around best times.

Yes you can. But I'm afraid I've lost sight of the original problem you're
experiencing. There is nothing prohibiting html messages thru mailman
except the individual settings for your list.
Have you looked at your Content Filtering settings?
