i have created a list with the following command in the command line
/etc/newlist mtech-cs-2010 anil_moog...@dcis.uohyd.ernet.in password
and then i have added the aliases to the /etc/aliases file...
then i got a mail in my mail box saying
The mailing list `mtech-cs-2010' has just been created
When login an account i get an error
ERROR:
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: SELECT "INBOX"

I have changed password of list creator password using mmsitepass
dcis:/var/mailman/bin # ./mmsitepass
New site password:
Again to confirm password:
Password changed.
dcis:/var/mailman/bin # ./mmsitepass -c
New list creator password:
Again to confirm password:

creator does get any mail regarding creation of mailisg list .

Is there any way in Mailman to strip the attachments from the mail
and store it in a directory? For e.g., I have a mailing list and
I want all the attachments (only) to be moved/copied to a particular
directory. Is this possible with Mailman?
