As far as I know, there's no search archives functionnality comming with the
default Mailman. This means you did some custom setup to have this. If that's
the case, nobody can help unless you describe what's your setup, what search
engine are you using, etc.

Just a question, did you run bin/check_perms to make sure all the permisions
on the files are fine? What do the logs say? Anything in the log/errors that
could give you a hint about what's going on?
