[Mailman-Users] Only request alerts

Is there a pref I can set to only have the list admin receive requests for subscription, but not have to ever deal with spammers, i.e. have all non-request attempted postings just deleted automatically? Sorry if this is already explained, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks! -- Mark T
