I figured I could go there, but hacking it under pressure proabably
wouldn't have been a good idea at the time.

an understatement. For those reason, I did not want to push out
all of the queued digest messages like the cronjob does. Is there a way
to push the digest to a single list? Or even better, just a single
message of that digest to the individual list?

How exactly does the requestdb page function? From playing around with
it, I've come up with these questions:
When visited, the pending request page loads appropriate messages from
the qfiles dir into the browser of a list admin. From there, the admin
may or may not edit the message & happil

Since hiding the school is kinda pointless, the message can be seen in

I should have mentioned this before...
One thing I did notice is that you will loose all pending administrative
tasks, but I'll bet you can use dumpdb to see which lists have pending
tasks.

I posted this once before for backing up archives, dbs, and keeping all
user info, but it had one small bug. The files in archives/private/*
had the wrong permissions set. A small change took care of that. Also,
the $person_to_nag_with_700_emails variable doesn't matter if you use
the --out
I thought I had this one taken care of, but no go this morning on the
big switch-over...
I have a machine with ~650 lists. Somehow, they refuse to let
individual users subscribe themselves to lists through the web or an
email, yet an admin can still add them through the web or from the
comma
?

Ah, but if you want to preserve the preferences, settings, and archives
from a previous install, there is a little more to it. I did this from
one machine to itself, and also an nfs mount to another machine. There
may be bugs, and I'm a little new to bash scripting, but here's what I ended
up do
manually set.

I have recently set up solaris 5.8 machine with mailman 2.0 to do some
testing for an older mailman system I use here. Today I installed
sendmail -8.12.1 as my MTA. I can send mail fine to listname-owner and
other aliases, but I am having problems sending mail to the list alias.
