I too have been confused about the whole bounce process. When I was with Majordomo I got these all the time. I want to see emails that go to the list and are returned for reasons such as "mailbox is full", or "user unknown" etc. I have the following menu iten under Bounce Processing set to NO.

Hello, There seems to be a problem with a list I administer with Hotmail accounts who are sending in "rich text" format being filtered. It only affects Hotmail users. If they send in plain text they are fine. Is there any sort of MIME type config I need to add so these don't bounce? I am using
