Oddly enough, I have the opposite problem. We do want monthly reminders,
but everyone is getting two identical reminder messages each month. How
do I limit this to a single reminder without turning off reminders
completely?

I can also see issues regarding the dummy email's
subscriber 'metoo' and 'no mail' options -

Go to your mail icon in c panel, and get to edit your
list.
When you're in, there's a setting at the bottom of the
'privacy settings' which should be the one you're
looking for here.

I tried the gb and big5 interface in mailmail 2.1a.
Some of the submit buttons do not work. For example, on the listinfo page,
if a user click Subscribe after filling the email and password, nothing
happens. But if the user then switches the "View this page in" to Enlish, he
