We recently upgraded to Mailman 2.1.3.
On one list (an unmoderated list), I get the following message:
"Your membership in the mailing list Delphi-Talk has been disabled due
to excessive bounces The last bounce received from you was dated
25-Dec-2003. You will not get any more messages from this

We are using version 2.1.1 and when someone clicks on the "download the full
raw archive" on the archives page, the archive is not downloaded under IE.
It downloads okay using Netscape or Opera.
I've tried downloading this list's archives and it works fine. Therefore
I'm thinking this is either a
Mailman v2.1.1
On the [Content filtering] page...
"Should Mailman filter the content of list traffic according to the settings
below?" is set to "Yes"
"Remove message attachments that have a matching content type." is set to
'image'
"Remove message attachments that don't have a matching content

On the Privacy page, in the "Hold posts with header value matching a specified
regexp" option, put something like the following:
