to most people (or at least to me) that it has been washed away and is no

Thanks everyone... got the job done. However I think I'll script a
combination of the find and remove_members to remove an email address
from all lists in one stroke from a file. If I get it working well I'll
be sure to post the script for yawl.

Our lists do not accept posting from members at all. They are info only
lists and only the list admin has the ability to post. This is why we
were puzzled that one receiver would get a different message than anyone
else on that list.

This is a production system (redhat 7.1 with postfix) so, I need to get it
back functioning
additional forms in the info page for my list, to ask for the name and
some basic info on the person requesting a subscription, besides just
the email and password? And have it mailed to me as listadmin?
I'm on a shared hosting environment, and don't have access to the
Mailman application.
I been running some MailMan lists for awhile and one of my subscribers told
me that the archives are plain text, even those labeled as being in ".gz"
format.
I noticed that this is true with the archives of this list.
Is this a known bug or a feature?

Where does mailman get the domain address when sending out emails? I have
one machine where it inists on using the full mahcine name.
Fred.Flintstone.com, instead of Flintstone.com. On another it is using a
virtual hosts site name.
