I have a site where users are able to sign up. When they sign up to the
site, their information is stored in a database on the server.
What I want to do is send users that sign up an email for them to
confirm the account they just made. The email would include a code and a
link for the account

I have recently installed the mailman version that comes with Ubuntu
Server 16.04, so I believe that's 2.1.20 (hopefully).
I am having when issue where when I try to navigate to the admin page on
my server, I receive a 404 error that looks like it is coming from
