The bounce problem was due to not having switched "wrapper" to
"mailman" in my aliases.
Now, the problem is somewhat different.
Mail to all of the various mailman-managed addresses goes through. I

I was having some problems with one of the cgis under 2.1a2, but that
sort of thing is to be expected with an alpha release. I figured that
I'd upgrade to 2.1b1 to see if it helped. Well, it changed the problem.
All mail to any mailman/wrapper managed addresses now bounce like so:

it. I didn't change anything at all in the basic mailman config, just

figure out how to get Mailman to run under thttpd.
I figured it out fairly quickly, but forgot to post the answer back
here. I'm doing so now, for the benefit of others who might want to
run Mailman on thttpd.

You're right, it does allow it. It certainly doesn't require it, but

A quick scan of the archives and the FAQ didn't turn anything up, so I
thought I'd ask this here.
Is anyone known to be using Mailman with thttpd? If so, are there any
known gotchas or things to look out for? I can't think of a reason
why it wouldn't work, but since the Mailman docs see
