Is there a quick way to purge all messages administratively held? The
default is to defer the messages, but I want to discard them. A spammer
got hold of my mailing list and theres 1,200 messages waiting for
deletion.

I set up a list that is set for "Must posts be approved by an
administrator?" = yes and people can still post to the list.
Is there a way to make a list only postable by the admin?
