but not for others
and I cannot see any differences bewtween the lists as far as permissions
go.
Has anyone got any ideas on where I should look. I am not a python expert
by any means?

on a Debian Linux (potatoe) release.

Can anyone tell me what the RFC is that mentioned the headers. I am
getting hasseled by some users and if I can point the
