I have a user asking if there is a way to send to selected list subscribers?
He wants to send a message to about 100 subscribers. I don't think Mailman can
do that from the members web page. Any other ideas?

Running 2.1.9 on Debian etch (stable), lists working fine except qrunner
silently dies and noone notices until someone realizes they haven't seen any
mail lately. Currently worked around with cron job restarting Mailman.
Googling around, some have suggested this might be related to
permissions
I can't find it in the FAQ or listname-request help dialogue, but I thought
there's a way to approve held messages by replying to the notice that I have

I'd stay away from an ampersand. It has a special meaning in Unix commands
(means execute the previous command in the background) and unless properly
escaped, will be taken for that special meaning every time it occurs in a
shell command.

Thanks Brad. I just decided to try using apt-get remove mailman, and then
apt-get install mailman to do a reinstall, after being [fairly] reassured
that my config files would stay intact. IT WORKED PERFECTLY! I hav
First time here - go easy on me. Mailman was working fine on Debian
unstable for a month or so since installation, and then I started seeing the
below errors when browsing any of the mailman web pages. My lists
themselves are working - just not the webpages, and I therefore cannot reate
new lists
