[Mailman-Users] Footer shows as a txt attachment instead of appended in body

I have a mailman discussion group with some text in the "Footer added to mail sent to regular list members " However, some mail software does not show that added text. Specifically, Outlook has it as a file attachment AT01.txt instead of appending it to the body of the email. Anyone know how
