[Mailman-Users] passwords

Is there any way to set up a list so that there are no passwords required for unsubscribe. Even better if the only password would be for the admin(s). I need this so that someone who wants to unsubscribe can do so with a mailto link with unsubscribe filled in the subject field. Thanks Jeff
