[Mailman-Users] to add mailid to the list

I have to add mailid to the mailing list I have created.I m planning to use a HTML form in which the visitor will be asked to provide their name, email & adddres.. When they click the submit bitton , the email should go to the mailing list.. Can anyone please help? iby
