I am using 2.1b5 and I needed to set "OWNERS_CAN_ENABLE_PERSONALIZATION" to 1 in
/Mailman/Default.py
After doing this, I had a new option in "nondigest" section

Is there a way to set "Full personalization" as default for all mailing lists ?
I looked in Mailman/Default.py but I didn't find anything about it...
