I've been administering mailman for 20-some odd years now; I don't think
I've ever seen an unrecognized bounce that wasn't someone who simply
replied to (or emailed directly because they'd added it to their
contacts/address book) the envelope "bounce" address.

If you have command-line access, /bin/dumpdb will
decode the contents of the config.pck file for you.
