I administer a mailman list server for my community association. I have two issues: 1. I never see a return copy of messages I send to the list. 2. Messages with attachments of type application/pdf are evidently being scrubbed. How do I allow attached PDF files to be forwarded to the list. I

I have two mailing lists. One is a complete list for all the members of my community association, and the other is for the board of directors of the community association. I would like to be able to link the two lists so that residents could send emails to the board list without moderation. I
