It is however sending the "your message requires approval to the sender'
I have filled in the "list moderator email" and even gone and set a password
for moderator
where might I look for the problem (or solution)?

You are aware that the "list owner" and "list moderator" are now two seperate
identities and that after your upgrade you need to access the admin page for
each list and fill in the email address for "moderator" which will be blank. ?
this happened to me too when i upgraded to 2.1.5

I have sought guidence from this list several times on the problem i am
having but recieved no help.
Is it possible that I am somehow in breach of some list eticate and people

local network address
with the earlier version of mailman the users (who also happen to be list
admin ) who were on the local network (behind the router) were able to access
the admin pages by substituting 192.1

I have a almost the same problem
In this case accessing the listinfo thru its public url (ie from outside thru
the router) gives the correct pages
but accessing it using its local network address gives the no public lists
page (and all the links are absolute urls so cant move anywhere).
