[Mailman-Users] subscribers' passwords

I recently installed Mailman, replacing Majordomo, and I just used the mass subscription feature and fed it my Majordomo subscriber lists. I'm wondering what, if any, my subscribers' initial passwords are, or how I could set them. Thanks,
