I gather from what I read, that if I don't own the server my list is hosted,
there is no way to get a full membership list with emails and names.
I have found some reference to changing the general information page, but
again I don't own the installed instance of Mailman.

My little meager 150 name list started bouncing after I added 50'ish new
names. In my case, the error was "unrouteable mail domain" and I found out
from the provider of the server, he was "throttling" outgoing mails at 100
per hour Could it be you are throttled at 300 (90% of 3000)?

I have set up a list and all the emails that are going to the "owner" are
going to a person that is not on either the admin or moderator list.
Any idea why?
Using 2.1.6 Mailman

One of my users is getting the owner e-mail for some reason I can't figure
out. There are only two places (admin & Moderator) and He is not there. He
gets the request and the confirmation of the subscription.
Where do I look?
Help!
