said in that it has been so long since I have touched it I forgot where
to look to learn how to import an mbox file into the archives and have
pipermail ar
in your mailman install dir /bin run list_member listname. Redirect that to a file if
you want.
ie bin/list_members listname > members

I am running a slightly older version of mailman, but in the admin pages, privacy
option page there is a flag called "Must posts be approved by an administrator?" I
have set this to yes and it works great for a moderated list I run. Perhaps this
option is called something different in 2.
dread upgrading lists as I am sure I will screw it up.
