In Mailman 2.0.x there was a handy field called posters where you could
use the command line or the web interface to populate it.

That was already done :(
I Tried on non-digest option :
- Can subscribers choose -> yes
- Header added -> empty
- Footer added -> empty
- scrub attachments -> yes (if i say not i have the att00xxx.txt file added)
With that i have a footer who say "a file was deleted" :(
