If you are really asking about a Listserv(r) list, you've come to the
wrong place.
I know that use of Listserv(r) as a generic term to refer to an

So you are trying to figure out how Mailman can prevent a third party from
mailing a third party?

Hello,
I am wondering if you could help me with a problem I am having regarding a list
serv that has recently been set up.
It seems as though some members of the group are receiving a very messy post
(ie., characters do not all turn out and spaces are missing). This, of course,
is making it

For what it is worth, I use Evolution occasionally. To change how your
name appears in your mail client (Evolution), go to
"Edit->Preferences". Select your account and click on the "Edit"
button. Under the "Identity" Tab, change the "Full Name" information to
what you would like to appear in you
and, if you are using spf, you need to fix your mail servers.
if you 'transparently' forward without changing 'from' address, you get
stuff like this.
(because, your forwarded does NOT have permission to send on behalf of
'secnap.net')

I don't think this is a mailman question. I think you are asking how to
change your name in your mail

Hello.
I use Mailman version 2.1.11.cp3. I have set to "yes" the option "Hide
the sender of a message, replacing it with the list address (Removes From,
Sender and Reply-To fields)".
Now subscribers are receiving e-mail from the mailing list and from the
author of the e-mail message.

Hello everybody,
I'm administrating a mailman installation with nearly 20 different
mailinglists. And each mailinglist has it't own whitelist to accept mails
from non members (accept_these_non_members). If I got a new email address

How do I change my name on my e-mails? My name went from Loretta G.
