Using this URL for a list in pipermail:

...I get a 404. My archives are going *somewhere*, I just don't know
where - can somebody point me to where they live?

My issue is that the Mailman host is quite busy processing in/outbound
email and providing Mailman

You have basically two issues. One is getting the archived messages
onto the other host, a
