I have a couple mail lists on my system, which worked with my prior ISP
and server.
I have a different ISP now, and need to figure out how to switch them
over to run on the new ISP.
How do I do this?

Hi All,
Recently we deployed mailman V2.1.5 for our university, however we are
experiencing some teething problems with attachment.

Default Mailman uses SMTPDirect.py to send. This in turn uses the
python smtplib to establish connection to SMTPHOST and SMTPPORT for
sending. The defaults for these in Defaults.py are 'localhost' and 0

That's the most recent version of that document. There is some more
recent documentation.
I have GNU Mailman List Management Guide v 2.0 but the Mailman I'm using is
2.1.5. I've searched the net but can find nothing more recent. Is the 2.0
Guide the most recent available?

Look in your mailman error log for the original shunt messages and
associated errors. You then may able to decide which errors might

After some experimenting Content filtering it seems to work fine
(Mailman 2.1.4)
But there is no information in the posted messages when an attachment
has been removed. Is it possible to insert a line like "Attachments in
original message removed" or something like that in the footer?
regards,
I have noticed that when attempting to access the archives for both my public
lists, that they are directed to the path /pipermail/, instead
of /pipermail/listname. I checked the /etc/mailman/en/listinfo.html file and
it has where it ought to be, but the list name is
not being added. I also
