Through my own stupidity, my qrunner was not running for a while (I forgot about an apt-get upgrade in progress). The messages that got sent to my lists during this time seem to be sitting in /var/lib/mailman/qfiles/shunt/ I cd'ed to /var/lib/mailman/ and ran python /usr/lib/mailman/bin/unshunt
