Someone reported that our web address for the our lists was incorrect.
Considering I have to fix mailman about once every 3 years (great
program) I changed the url for one list.
I have created a problem now that I cannot access the Admin Web page for
this list.

If you mean a web interface for users to send email, squirrelmail.
As far as servers are concerned, there's no difference between mail in
plain text and in html. Clients will need appropriate software though.

I've been trying to answer this question by researching on the list
archives, web, and code itself, but haven't been able to find the answer.
Question: How do you remove the -owner obfucation of the owner's address
from the page footers?

Not really looking for sermons on HTML email here. 100% of my users have
HTML email because they opted in as HTML email and have been receiving it
for quite some time. It is a long forgotten idea that people don't have
HTML mail capability or don't like HTML email.
