Check the file structure of the public/private folders for the archives.
Make sure that they have the same structure and rights as the ones that are
working. "ln -l" should be all you need to use to look at the archive
files.

You would copy the script to a file and then make the file executable:
chmod a+x
Then you would run the file nightly as either the user root or the user
