I am using Linux From Scratch and I have some problems installing mailman. I
have seen a lot of this-like posts and tried many solutions but non of them
seem to work. So here is what I did:

Someone pointed out to me off-list that some mailers don't process
PGP/MIME messages properly, so I might want to send my request in a more
