You will find this option in the 2.1 beta. There are also some
work-arounds (if you have root access to the server) that let you dump
unauthorized email - without any notifications.

That just puts the message into the admin queue. There isn't any way
in the 2.0.x code to make it reject the message and not put it into
the queue.
