Is there a way to configure a list to automatically allow posting from a
particular address and automatically reject posting from other addresses
without the messages being held for approval?

Hi,
I'm having some problems upgrading from mailman 2.0.11 to 2.1b2.
The setup is redhat 7.1 with the python2 package (python2-2.0-3) installed
from powertools.
the configure and make stages go fine (passing ./configure
--with-python=/usr/bin/python2 since /usr/bin/python is 1.5.2)

Thx, I installed it from source now...Wouldn't it be better to make this port
setting an option which you can configure via config-file rather than
compiling it ?
