I have a slew of old Procmail archives covering a number of years. I'd
like to import them into Mailman. I checked the FAQ and couldn't find
anything about it. Anyone?

noticied that people could't subscribe to the mailing list that used
to works fine.
Checking at the mailman error logs I found this.

a linux 2.2 / glibc-2.1.3 system

./configure --with-mail-gid=nofiles --with-cgi-gid=nobody
and ~mailman/bin/check_perms returns with no problems found
