I have questions re: the Mailman email mailing list program.
This is what I need/what I'm looking for: two-way mail where an administrator can control who is on the distribution list. I'd really like it to be linked to a password.

I'm hoping someone out there can help with this. I admin a
handful of realtively busy mailing lists which are seeing a
lot of SPAM traffic that I'd like to filter out. I've been
playing around with SpamAssasin and am VERY impressed with its
capabilities.
Hey,
I just had a similar problem with 2.0.8 and postfix running on
debian. First, check your $prefix/logs/error file and look for something
that looks like an access violation on your *.db files. If you see that,
or even if you don't, try checking the owner and groups of that file. It

I have upgraded Mailman to v. 2.06. I created a list and then tried to

I would like to hear from Mailman + qmail administrators.
I've followed what documentation I could find to the letter,
and Mailman is not forwarding list messages.
I now need to debug Mailman, figure out what it's doing
that Qmail doesn't like, and how to correct it.
When I am done, I will get th

Thanks for the reply and the test case. I verified that it seems to do the
right thing when fed your mimehtml test case or one of my test messages at
the shell prompt. I will have to check into things deeper to see what's
going on w/ mailman.

Greetings,
First of all, thanks to everyone who helped me solve my last problem, you
were a big help and I finally got Mailman up and running smoothly.
Now, I'm setting up a list for the press. We send out monthly press
