Only valid for v2.0.8 actually, as we always assume that users have upgraded
to the latest stable version.
I imagine that there will be a bit of parallelism going on during the
transition to v2.1.0, but folks will be encouraged to do any new work on
v2.1.

A lot of folks have posted Sendmail questions to this list. The answers to
some of those questions are found in RedHat's very nicely done FAQ for

RedHat also has a nice overview of using Sendmail:

I have found an FAQ entry "1.12. How do I automatically delete h

The database in question is ~mailman/lists//request.db
There is no identifying data in request.db, so you can copy another list's
request.db (one that has no waiting request) over top of that list's
request.db.
Just to be thorough, you should look in ~mailman/data/... and see if their

Unfortunately, good ol' AOL makes mincemeat out of either, when receiving
digests. Put that together with the computer savvy of the general AOL-user,
One of our lists (still running on mailman 1.1) is sending a notice every
morning about a pending post needing approval.
When I go to the pending administrative requests page, the page says
"Database updated", but I haven't done anything. Checking the page later
shows no pending requests. But
